This eight-day vacation features the finest of rail and luxury motorcoach travel. From the mountain resort of Whistler and the Coastal Mountains, it's on to the highlights of the Rockies before circling back again to the coast on board Rocky Mountaineer's daylight-only train. The entire vacation is surrounded by mountains peaks, emerald green lakes and lush forests with top-notch service.

DAY 1 Vancouver to Lac Le Jeune
Your journey starts with a morning departure from Vancouver along the Sea to Sky Highway through Whistler, and continues eastwards into the interior of British Columbia. A lunch stop is provided at the historic village of Lillooet, arriving at Lac Le Jeune Resort in time for evening dinner. (Lunch and a buffet dinner are included).

DAY 2 Banff
After breakfast (included), a morning departure from Lac Le Jeune will take you onwards through British Columbia towards the Canadian Rockies. A lunch break in Revelstoke (included) and a further stop at Lake Louise "Jewel of the Rockies", before arriving in Banff for your overnight stay.

DAY 3 Banff
Enjoy this morning's 'Discover Banff' Excursion with a visit to the Cave & Basin National Historic Site. Also visit Sulphur Mountain with an opportunity to reach the summit in a Brewster Gondola car. The remainder of your afternoon is at leisure to explore the breathtaking landscape and shops of Banff. Enjoy a second evening in this famous resort.

DAY 4 Banff
Today, enjoy a full-day excursion to Lake Louise (seasonal*). Highlights include Johnston Canyon, Moraine Lake, Takakkaw Falls, Emerald Lake and of course Lake Louise. Return to Banff in the early evening.

DAY 5 Jasper
Today is a full day guided excursion to Jasper on the Icefields Parkway via Lake Louise. Brilliant scenery, historic interpretation, and a ride onto the Athabasca Glacier via the famous Ice Explorer highlight your day.

DAY 6 'Rocky Mountaineer' to Kamloops
Board the 'Rocky Mountaineer' daylight train to begin a two-day rail adventure. Pass Mt. Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Other highlights include the many rugged peaks of the Rockies, glaciers, waterfalls, and glistening emerald lakes. Breakfast and lunch are served to you at your seat.

DAY 7 'Rocky Mountaineer' to Vancouver
Onboard the 'Rocky Mountaineer' travel through the Fraser Canyon, into the coastal mountains of British Columbia, arriving in Vancouver late in the afternoon. Breakfast and lunch are served to you once again at your seat. Taxi transfer to your hotel (included).

DAY 8 Vancouver
A morning check out from your hotel concludes your Majestic Circle vacation.
