many of Canada's Rockies highlights!

Peaks by the hundreds, glaciers, icefields, and rushing rivers; the awe-inspiring Canadian Rockies is a destination not to be missed. A two-day 'Rocky Mountaineer' rail excursion, a luxury motorcoach through the Canadian Rockies - you'll encounter amazing scenery and topnotch service. Your vacation highlight is the Columbia Icefield Glacier Experience - travel by an all-terrain Ice Explorer onto the top of a glacier.

DAY 1 Vancouver
Upon arrival in Vancouver, transfer (not included) to your selected hotel.

DAY 2 Kamloops
Begin your train adventure with a morning taxi transfer (included) to the Vancouver train station where the 'Rocky Mountaineer' awaits. Follow the Fraser River to the interior of British Columbia.

DAY 3 Jasper
Return to the Kamloops train station early this morning transfer included to continue your rail journey into the mountains. Following the Thompson River, pass Mt. Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Arrive in Jasper late afternoon for an overnight stay.

DAY 4 Banff
Venture southward along one of the most scenic highways in the world. The Icefield Parkway is highlighted by frequent wildlife sightings, glacier-fed lakes, waterfalls and broad-reaching valleys that meet majestic peaks. At the Columbia Icefield, an opportunity to tour the Athabasca Glacier on board one of Brewster's environmentally-sensitive Ice Explorers awaits (included, seasonal*). From the Icefield Centre, continue your journey along the Parkway to Lake Louise and Banff.

DAY 5 Banff
A morning Brewster 'Discover Banff' guided excursion is highlighted with a trip to the Cave & Basin National Historic Site and a ride up Sulphur Mountain on a Banff Gondola. Return to Banff for the remainder of the day at leisure and second night stay.

DAY 6 Calgary
This morning take a short tour to Lake Minnewanka for a 90 minute boat cruise (seasonal*). This afternoon or evening, transfer to Calgary city centre or Calgary International Airport to complete your vacation.

This vacation is also available in reverse, departing from Calgary. *When day tours or attractions are not operational in the off-season, the price will be adjusted or there will an alternative excursion/attraction made available.
